Frequently Asked Questions
The Thriving Workplace certification remains valid for up to 12 months from the date of the previous certification.
The certification process typically spans a maximum of 50 days, comprising:
18-20 days for survey launch and completion
20-30 days for report generation and Certification.
Certification is granted when our rigorous benchmarks are met:
• 60% workforce participation in the survey
• Attainment of a score of 75% or higher across at least 6 key Levers.
The Thriving Workplace survey guarantees full anonymity, ensuring that employers have no visiblity or access to individual responses, and employees are not identifiable by their feedback.
Thriving Workplace utilizes a scientifically proven framework for assessment and certification, thus the surveys are not customizable.
Our surveys are primarily available in English (UK), with additional options in two Indian languages: Tamil and Hindi.
Employees are encouraged to participate as it provides them with an opportunity to voice their opinions, acknowledge organizational efforts, suggest new initiatives, and receive personalized reports about themselves for actionable insights.
Participating organizations receive both physical and digital certificates, along with a digital badge for sharing across various platforms including social media, internal communications, and for external PR exercises.
